This was our first holiday after leaving teaching so was different travelling in term time! We enjoyed Berlin and wanted to revisit Germany, which was handy as by the time we decided to go away there were not many Avios Reward Seats left on the dates we wanted to go. Despite Paul injuring himself on the first night, we managed to enjoy ourselves as it was such a pretty place. A different vibe to Berlin but it had its own personality. There were many interesting attractions to visit and the May weather was not too bad – a mixture of sunshine and very few showers.
