We kept an eye out for a good sale and jumped on the English Sights & European Delights itinerary for only $1886. This cruise had a completely different feel compared to our Greek Isles adventure. The cruise was much busier than our previous one and felt quite different due to the ports. While the weather wasn’t ideal (a bit of rain followed us!), we still managed to squeeze in a pool day onboard. .
The food quality and choices were as good as our previous cruise, but it was short of our expectations this time. We noticed fewer options in the restaurants, and some dishes lacked the wow-factor we remembered from our previous sailing. We weren’t sure if some of the portions were smaller and the food was definitely not as warm. Perhaps they were plating up dishes ready to cope with the busyness?
